HONESTLY, I'M READY TO COLLAPSE

I am running on empty as the expression goes. I feel completely and utterly exhausted. It has been a little over a month now that we have been on the go in Paris and traveling non stop. So today I will take it a little easy and tell you about a few things I love; one of the things we love is our dog.

I will tell you how much I/we are missing our wonderful little dog Lexie. I have posted two photos of her for you to enjoy. Now tell the truth, isn't she just too adorable and beautiful!

The other thing I love is relatively new to me and that is thank goodness for skype. When I skype, for instance, my daughter and son-in-law (who have now left Paris and returned home), I can see them and Lexie and talk to them real time with video.  My husband and I wonder lately if she has forgotten us by now. Yikes, the idea of it all, just makes me crazy. Please tell me she has not forgotten her Mommy and Daddy.

I am so happy we have been using skype to keep in touch with friends and family back home.  It keeps us in touch with everyone.  When you skype from one computer to another, it is free and easy to download.  Once you try it, you will be hooked.

Well,  by the time you read this my son and girlfriend have now left Paris as well, and we are now awaiting the arrival of my wonderful sister-in-law and a very dear couple who we have been friends with for many years.  They will be staying for several days and let the sights begin again!  Actually, it is going to be so much fun being with all of them here in Paris.  My husband and I are really looking forward to the time we will spend together.

I am now preparing the table and a list of things they must see and do while they are here.  My husband just returned with freshly baked croissants, some with chocolate, and several baguettes.  The fresh pot of coffee is brewing and we can't wait to see them.

You were on my mind this past weekendas I was preparing my garden for my peas and onions. Our spring is here already, which I love, but it is causing issues for the Olympics!! I am planning out my veggies and fruit and what I would like to can this year. What will you plant when you get home? Miss you! Audra
